We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned unused and it it’s original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay & Google Pay) and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK. We are looking for cost-effective methods to allow this, so watch this space.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so modifications or cancellations may be limited. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Not a such, but we do offer some gift bags for our soap and shampoo bars. In addition, you can add a comment at checkout and we can include a card (for free) with a personalised note if you are sending the order as a gift. 

Care instructions can usually be found on the product’s listing. Some key recommendations: 

  • Keep soap and shampoo bars out of running water, on a soap dish and dry when not in use. 
  • Do not leave Body Butter in warm or humid spots. Cool and dry will ensure it lasts longer.

Creating an account is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” link at the top of the page and follow the prompts to enter your information. You’ll then have access to order history, wishlists, and faster checkout.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Just enter your email on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. We’ll do our best to assist you, though changes may be subject to the order’s processing stage.
