Has long been recognised as a healing essential oil. It has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties so can help with relieving joint and muscle pain. Also excellent to help with mental fatigue.

Tea Tree 
Has the benefit of being anti microbial and anti inflammatory so really helps to soothe your skin, reduce irritation and support skin health.

Patchouli 
Excellent for relaxing uplifting the body and mind which aids restful sleep.

Sea Salt 
Sea salt in the bath can help boost circulation which can then help reduce stiffness muscle pain and lesson cramp. Also a great way to de-stress and relax.

Epsom Salt 
Epsom salt is a tried and tested way to soothe away aching muscles and stiffness. It’s shown to reduce skin roughness and inflammation.

Sodium Bicarbonate 
Sodium bicarbonate will help smooth your skin and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, it’s also thought to help relieve dry itchy skin.
