Most frequently asked questions
We offer a flat rate of £3.00 for all orders, no matter how much your order, shipping will always be £3.00.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Backorders will take longer, but you will be informed once your order is dispatched. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, items must be returned within 10 dyas and in original, unused and unopened condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
I currently only ship to the UK and Ireland. I am looking into international shipping options, but feel free to contact me if you live elsewhere and want to order.
Payments
I use PayPal for payments. You can pay with your PayPal account, with a Credit or Debit card.

The Range
Much of our range is vegan but not everything. Some of our products contain honey, beeswax and goats milk. The ingredients are listed on all of the product pages, so feel free to check. Or if you are still unsure, just drop us a message and we'll be happy to help.
We only use 100% natural and high quality ingredients in everything we make. This takes a bit more time, more patience and more work to perfect the products, but it's worth it to get the benefit.
We always source responsibly too, and where possible will find ingredients from the UK.

Of course! You will find dedicated Gift Message boxes on all of the products in our gift range. However, if you are sending something else to that special someone, just fill out a message in the Extra Instructions box on the Checkout page.
